Google

Google Analytics

On our websites, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see under item 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as
1. browser type/version,
2. operating system used,
3. referrer URL (the previously visited page),
4. host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
5. time of the server request,
are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. In no case will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
Google Analytics is used in the interest of optimizing our website and designing it to meet the needs of our customers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link:
Deactivate Google Analytics

An opt-out cookie is set that prevents future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is valid only in this browser and only for our website and is placed on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found, for example, in Google Analytics Help
(https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).

Plugins and other services Google Maps

On our website we use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visually present geographical information. By using this service, for example, our location can be displayed to you and a possible journey can be made easier.
Already when calling up those sub-pages in which the map of Google Maps is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out of your Google user account. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the insertion of personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Google LLC, headquartered in the USA, is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
If you do not agree with the future transmission of your data to Google in the context of the use of Google Maps, you also have the option to completely disable the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus the map display on this website can then not be used.
Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can view Google's terms of use at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html and the additional terms of use for Google Maps at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html. Detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps can be found on the Google website ("Google Privacy Policy"): https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager, a cookie-less domain that does not collect personal data.
Through this tool, "website tags" (i.e. keywords which are included in HTML elements) can be implemented and managed through an interface. By using the Google Tag Manager, we can automatically track which button, link or personalized image you have actively clicked on and can then record which contents of our website are of particular interest to you.
The tool also ensures the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have deactivated at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
The use of Google tag Manager is in the interest of a comfortable and easy use of our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google WebFonts

Our website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google WebFonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our website.
This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Google LLC, headquartered in the USA, is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

Session cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services of third-party companies within websites (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies may be used to evaluate user behavior or for advertising purposes.

Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. e.g. for the shopping cart function) or to optimize the website (e.g. e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Which cookies and services are used on this website can be found in this privacy policy.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Request by e-mail, phone or fax
